Our website address is: AllDeckedOutTCG.com. We’re a UK based seller of Magic: The Gathering cards and related products.
What personal data we collect and why
Orders When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details, in order to fulfil your order, process payment, arrange delivery, and comply with legal and tax requirements.
Payment We use Google Pay PayPal ad WooPayments to process payments. We do not store your full card details ourselves; this is handled securely by our payment provider. See their privacy policy for how they handle your data.
Accounts If you create an account, we store the personal information you provide (name, address, email) in your account profile. You can see, edit, or delete this at any time by logging in. Administrators can also see and edit this information.
Cookies If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email, and website in a cookie for convenience; these last one year. Our login page sets a temporary cookie to check whether cookies are enabled; this contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. Logging in sets cookies to remember your login and screen preferences: login cookies last two days (two weeks if “Remember Me” is checked), screen option cookies last a year, and these are removed when you log out. Shopping cart cookies are used to remember items in your basket while you browse.
Reviews widget We display customer reviews collected from our eBay store via a third party service (Trustindex). This service may load content from its own servers when you visit pages showing our reviews. See Trustindex’s privacy policy for details on how they collect and retain this data.
Embedded content Pages may include embedded content from other websites (e.g. videos, review widgets). This behaves exactly as if you’d visited the other website directly. They may collect data, use cookies, and track your interaction with that content, including if you’re logged into an account there.
Who we share your data with
Your order data is shared with our payment processor (Woopayments, Google Pay and Paypal) and delivery provider (Royal Mail) as needed to fulfil your order. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
We keep order and account data for as long as required by UK tax law for accounting purposes. Reviews data displayed via our reviews widget is retained according to the default periods set by our provider, Trustindex, rather than by us directly.
Your rights over your data
If you have an account, have placed an order, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, or request we erase it. This excludes anything we’re legally required to retain (e.g. for tax records). Contact us at alldeckedouttcgs@gmail.com to make a request.
Where your data is sent
Order and payment data is processed by our payment provider, which may be located outside the UK.
